PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

Home for the collector of contemporary art.

Located on a rocky area in the Crimea mountains, not far from Sevastopol.

The building solves several functional tasks on several levels located terraced along the relief.

1 - Creation of an entrance group for the owner of the house and guests of the gallery.

2 - Creation of an exploited terrace above the entrance group. The terrace will host parties and exhibitions of contemporary sculpture.

3 - Creation of a residential block, circular in plan, which provides maximum disclosure of the panorama - a view of the seascape.

4 - Free space of the gallery on the upper level of the building. The level has access to the slope of the cliff.
